- Contact form. If you submit the enquiry form, the name, email address, and message content you provide are collected in order to respond to your enquiry.
- Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data such as pages visited, general location (country/region level), device type, and referral source. This helps understand how the site is used and where to improve it.
How your information is used
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to scope and deliver any engagement you agree to. Your details are not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Who your information is shared with
Contact form submissions are processed through Make.com, an automation platform used to route enquiries. Make.com acts as a data processor for this purpose and does not use your information for its own purposes. Google Analytics is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices.
How long information is kept
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement proceeds, for the duration of that engagement and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting automation@drewsmith.services. If you're located in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. If you're located in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles apply. Requests are responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
